Dr. Skivington’s is also certified to administer the Passion Profiler http://www.thepurposelink.com/index.html
The Passion Profiler Tool is an essential part of the professional training of any leader, teacher or administrator. From my experience in higher education and teacher preparation, this type of personal reflection and discovery is sorely lacking due in part, to restrictions placed on Colleges and Universities to meet state and federal licensing requirements. In my opinion, the Passion Profiler Archetypes are as important for teachers and administrators to discover about themselves as it is for students to discover the best way that they learn. This is why the concepts of Multiple Intelligences and Differentiated Instruction (Engagement of All Learners) have endured and are central to any school’s pedagogical milieu. Further, in an age of increased emphasis on collaboration, co-teaching, and inclusion, schools must create intentional learning communities and an organization that relates to their team member’s Archetypes is an excellent way to remain on the forefront of education! |
